bread bhatura recipe | how to make no yeast easy bread bhatura with step by step photo and video recipe. indian recipes have evolved drastically, especially with the influence of western recipes. transitionally sandwich breads were not an integral part of our cuisine but have become one of the must ingredients now. evidently, there are several hack recipes from it and bread bhatura is one of the popular ones.

i have shared already the traditional version of bhatura and also an instant version with carbonated water or soda water. but this recipe of bread bhatura with sandwich bread slices is unique and thrifty. i end up with this style of bhatura only when i have some leftover bread slices, and honestly, it is not my first choice for sure. in other words, i am not a big fan of this recipe, especially with the end result, when compared to the traditional bhatura recipe. having said that it is wonderful option to finish your leftover bread slices rather than just throwing it out. moreover, you can easily surprise your guest with this recipe, as it is not easy to unfold its source unless it deliberately revealed.

furthermore some easy tips, recommendations and variations for this crispy and soft bread bhatura recipe. firstly, i would heavily recommend to use white sandwich bread slices for this recipe and avoid other bread variation. basically, white bread slices are prepared from maida or plain flour with baking soda in it which makes it ideal for this recipe. secondly, i have used curd to knead the bread slices to bhatura dough. alternatively, you can also use water or sour thin buttermilk for a better end result. lastly, this crisp and soft bhature has to be served immediately once it is prepared. otherwise, it may turn soggy and rubbery and not pleasant to serve.
